We are a wire mesh manufacturer in Anping County, Hebei — the wire mesh heartland of China — and we build deep-sea shrimp traps and supply coated lobster cage wire to fishing fleets, distributors and aquaculture operators around the world.

Hebei Flamingo Metal Products Co., Ltd. (Chinese name 河北弗拉明戈金属制品有限公司) designs and produces galvanized wire fishing traps.
Our workshop weaves its own galvanized wire mesh, forms the trap frames on fixed jigs, welds the panels, sends the assembled traps through hot-dip galvanizing and inspects them before packing. Nothing is subcontracted to a mystery third party, which is why we can quote a firm lead time and hold tolerances from the first container to the tenth.
Because we sell factory-direct, there is no trading-company margin in the price you pay — and when something needs changing, you are talking to the people who actually run the welding jigs, not to an intermediary.

Frame forming & jig welding
Fixed jigs keep frame geometry identical across a run, so traps stack and handle as one set rather than a collection of near-misses.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Traps are galvanized after welding, so zinc reaches inside every joint and the coating weight can be raised for aggressive salt-water fisheries.
Export packing
Nesting, strapping, palletizing, moisture protection and OEM labeling — packed the way your port and your warehouse need it.

Quality control
Three inspections before a trap is crated
A trap that looks right on a photo can still fail in the water. Our inspection points target the failures that actually cost you money.
- After welding: weld penetration, frame squareness and corner strength checked against the master jig
- After galvanizing: coating thickness and uniformity, no bare patches or zinc drips at the joints
- Before packing: mesh aperture, funnel throat gap, bridle rings and escape panels verified, then a stacking test
- Batch records kept for zinc weight and wire diameter, so a reorder can be matched exactly
- Photo and video report sent to you before the container is sealed
Export & logistics
Shipping that fits your first order as well as your tenth
Trial orders matter. If you want to test our quality before committing to a full container, we will ship a sample by air, or build a mixed container combining several trap models.
